Who We Are
Bubba worked on the lake for over 35 years with many people from all over the world. He was a boat captain and still holds a current US Coast Guard license for carrying passengers for hire. He has also managed the White Water operations in the Grand Canyon, Tour operations on Lake Powell and even spent 4 years overseeing the complete North Lake Operations for ARAMARK, the concessionaires operating on Lake Powell. He spent the last 6 years running the Lake Powell Boat Rentals operations with over 300 rental boats and many other rental items. If you want to know something about Lake Powell, where to go or what to see, he can more than likely help you.
Deb-b was raised in the Northern Arizona area and grew up on the Navajo Indian reservation at Inscription House. Her parents were missionaries on the reservation for over 30 years and she speaks fluent Navajo. She went to school at Monument Valley High School and after getting married moved to Page in 1981. Deb-b also worked on Lake Powell for 35 years and has a wealth of knowledge about the area and the native culture.
At the Driftwood Vacation Home are focused on providing a unique
experience with the highest levels of guest satisfaction. We will do
everything we can to meet your expectations. We know you have a lot of
choices when you stay at Lake Powell or in the city of Page and our
rates are not the cheapest, however once you have stayed with us we feel
you will not want to stay anywhere else.
